All plans are prepaid service contracts, not insurance. Covered repairs are subject to limits and exclusions; full roof replacement is not included. Replacement credit has no cash value. Monthly billing begins on the 1st of the next month. CFR must confirm the property and covered roof scope; enrollment does not automatically cover every building in a portfolio.
Key membership terms.

- Fees & monthly billing
- The one-time enrollment or initiation fee is paid once. Monthly membership billing begins on the 1st of the following month.
- Defined service limits
- One annual roof inspection and up to 3 covered repairs per membership year. The annual repair allowance is the lesser of 700 sq ft or 30% of the roof area, with a $0 deductible within those limits.
- Property & roof scope
- CFR must confirm the property, covered roof scope and service area. A Commercial, Multifamily or HOA membership does not automatically cover every building in a portfolio or community.
- Replacement credit
- 50% of paid enrollment/initiation and monthly fees accrues toward a future full roof replacement performed by CFR. Credit has no cash value and transfers only as expressly allowed by the agreement.
- Renewal & cancellation
- Membership renews automatically each membership year. Termination, non-payment and applicable cancellation rights follow the Member Service Agreement; this is not an unrestricted cancel-anytime offer.
- Exclusions & your agreement
- Full or substantial roof replacement, structural framing and specified non-roof components are not covered repairs. Third-party damage, member alterations and certain disaster damage are excluded. Review your plan’s full agreement before enrolling.
