California First Roofing ("CFR," "we," "us") operates the Bear Protection Plan and this website at getbearplan.com. Our principal office is 5850 West 3rd Street, Suite 288, Los Angeles, CA 90036, with additional offices in San Diego and San Jose.

This notice explains what information we collect when you visit this site, request information, or enroll in a membership, and how we use it.

We collect only the information needed to respond to you and to administer memberships:

• Contact details you submit — name, email address, phone number, property address, and (for real estate partners) agency or brokerage name.
• Account information — email address and authentication details used to sign in to your member dashboard.
• Membership and service records — plan tier, enrollment date, inspection and repair history, and documents or photos you upload with a service request.
• Payment information — processed by our payment processor. Card numbers are entered directly with the processor; we receive only limited details such as the card brand, last four digits, and payment status.
• Referral and site activity — referral codes used when you arrive from a partner's QR code or link, and basic technical data such as browser type, device type, and pages viewed.
• Problem reports — if you use the "Report a problem" form, the description you provide plus basic diagnostic details about the page and browser.

We use the information above to:

• Respond to inquiries and quote or schedule roofing services.
• Enroll members, process enrollment and monthly membership charges, and issue receipts.
• Schedule inspections, dispatch repair crews, and keep service records.
• Credit real estate partners for referrals they send us.
• Maintain the security and reliability of this site and diagnose problems.
• Send service-related messages, and — where you have opted in — occasional updates about the plan.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We share information only with service providers who help us operate the business — our payment processor, hosting and database provider, and email/SMS delivery providers — and only to the extent needed to perform those services. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our legal rights.

This site uses browser cookies and local storage for essential purposes only: keeping you signed in to your member dashboard, remembering interface preferences such as your card-preview selection, and carrying a referral code through your visit so the correct partner is credited.

We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings, but signing in to the member dashboard will not work without them.

California residents may request to know what personal information we hold about them, request a copy of it, request that we correct or delete it, and are entitled not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising these rights.

To make a request, email sales@californiafirstroofing.com or call (424) 777-1619. We will verify your identity before responding, and we will respond within the time frames required by California law. Deleting information tied to an active membership may end our ability to provide services under that membership.

We keep membership, service, and billing records for as long as your membership is active and afterward for the period required for tax, warranty, and legal recordkeeping. Inquiry and lead records are kept only as long as needed to follow up.

We use access controls on our member database so that members can see only their own records, and payment card data is handled by our payment processor rather than stored on our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If you provide a phone number, you may receive service messages about scheduling, inspections, and billing. Marketing texts are sent only where you have opted in. Reply STOP to any message to stop texts, or use the unsubscribe link in marketing emails.

This site is intended for property owners and real estate professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

We may update this notice as our services change. The effective date at the top of the page shows the current version.
